Rather than a single score per player, have multiple fields for each player which can contain different weight to be finally summed up to get the final score.

Permissions
Determine to have a scorekeeper, who is the only one who can edit the scores while everyone else can watch to keep themselves updated. Or let everyone edit their own score!
